• College Graduate
• 2-4 years experience in project management
• Knowledge of roofing systems preferred
• Experience with sloped roofing systems preferred
• Valid drivers license
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• Ability to supervise/lead multiple crews
• Well developed written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of job cost control
